When Formula 1 roared into Las Vegas last year, the spotlight was on the drivers, the cars, and the electric energy of the Strip. But behind every successful event is a network of logistics and transportation partners making sure everything runs smoothly—and GT4 was proud to be one of them.

As a Las Vegas-based transportation and storage company, we were called on to provide critical services for F1. From staging and storage to local deliveries and support, our team ensured that the materials, equipment, and event essentials arrived on time and in place for one of the most high-profile sporting events in the world.

The Scale of F1 Logistics

Formula 1 isn’t just a race—it’s a global production. Each event requires the movement of thousands of tons of equipment: barriers, signage, staging materials, hospitality structures, and more. Timing is everything, and the margin for error is razor thin.

Our GT4 team leaned into what we do best: precision, reliability, and adaptability. Whether it was last-minute adjustments, coordinating deliveries across the busiest parts of the city, or securing safe storage for vital event assets, we made sure the logistical backbone of F1 in Las Vegas held strong.

Why It Matters

Supporting F1 was more than just another project for us—it was proof of GT4’s ability to perform on a world stage. The trust placed in us to handle the logistics of such a monumental event reinforced what we strive for daily: being the partner clients can count on, no matter the size, scale, or stakes.

Looking Ahead

Las Vegas continues to grow as a hub for global entertainment, conventions, and sporting events. At GT4, we’re ready to meet that growth head-on, providing the transportation, storage, and cross-docking solutions that keep the biggest events in motion.

From Formula 1 and beyond, GT4 is proud to play our role behind the scenes—quietly making sure the show always goes on.
